We in the YMCA pray and work in a world so changed by troubles. Let us stand up together, pray and then act responsibly together. CVJM und YMCA stehen seit ihren Anfängen für Versöhnung und Frieden ein. Nach den beiden Weltkriegen wirkte der YMCA als Friedensstifter in der Begleitung von Kriegsgefangenen, Soldaten und der Zivilbevölkerung. Damit geht einher, dass wir jegliche Form von Gewalt
und Missbrauch von Macht verurteilen.

Y-Justice: Ein Kurs zu Globaler Nächstenliebe
As YMCA, we are committed to a fair, peaceful and merciful world. But how does that work and how can I contribute to it?
With the Y-Justice course* we want to face this mission by means of 6 stations: World, Bible, Society, SDGs, YMCA/Vision2030 and myself. It will be global, concrete and about your YMCA.

50 days sustainability challenge
"möglich! – nachhaltig. spirituell. intensiv." the Evangelical Church of Westphalia. It focuses on sustainability, lifestyle, and spirituality, urging participants to take action for 50 days in small groups. Every person chooses a challenge to accomplish by the end of the event, and you help your partners to do the same. Weekly meetings encourage discussions on faith and sustainability, with daily for spiritual strength.
As climate and sustainability concerns grow, we take inspiration from Luke 18:27: "What's impossible for humans is possible with God." This program challenges us to explore what's possible, what we hope for, and how to take action.

YMCA Penfriendship
Enjoy a fun way to practice the English language and get a new friend from the Czech Republic! Be connected with a child or teenager from the Czech Republic (in age group 11–18 years old). Start a new friendship, learn more about different culture, and enjoy getting and sending letters by post!
You can write letters with him/her, send everything by post and send a small present in an envelope etc. They would like to practice their English, to have a new friend, to get know YMCA member from another country. Some of the children from the Czech YMCA would like to have a new friend from Germany, you!
